General Assembly

The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making body of COOPEC Ikirenga. It is made up of member delegates elected from every branch across Rulindo District and meets at least once a year in Ordinary Session, plus in Extraordinary Sessions when required.

• Approves the annual budget, audited financial statements and dividends.
• Elects the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee.
• Approves changes to the bylaws and long-term strategy.
• Provides the ultimate accountability of management to members.
